IT Application Development Officer (1 Position)

Duties
- RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
- Maintenance, monitoring and supporting daily core application operation
- Consulting with the software development team and internal users, to improve application performance.
- Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
- Perform periodic user access review on the core application and in-houses.
- Other Duties
- Assist CBC management with other tasks as required.
- Take initiative in doing another task appropriately.
- Other duties as assign by supervisor or line manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
- At least one year experiences in microfinance or banking sector.
- Good experience in RDBMS.
- Well coordination and collaboration with others to work as a team.
- Excellent technical communications skill and documentation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally.
- Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail.
- Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality.
- Is self-motivated and committed to self-improvement.
