  To support our growing operation in Cambodia and future expansions, MGA Asia are seeking for motivated and committed individuals to join us as the Senior Sales Executive, Sales Executive and Assistant Sales Executive and will provide you a comprehensive training on the products knowledge and other technical skills.

  Duties

  • Develop and acquire new customers
  • Set up appointment and conduct properly visits
  • Maintain and build good relationship with the existing customers
  • Learn insurance products and services and other technical skills in Insurance
  • Monitor individual sales to achieve monthly and yearly target
  • Participate in regular meeting and events
  • Provide guidance, training, mentorship to new staff
  • Plan and execute sales team to achieve company’s target
  • Provide regular supports and report to the team manager
  • Perform other relevant jobs assigned by manager/management

  Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields
  • At least 02 or 03 year(s) of sales experience in servicing industry or financial industry
  • Proficiency in English is a must, bilingual in English and Chinese languages is added advantage
  • Knowledge on computer literacy Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Good communications and strong presentation skills
  • Strong sense of customer services
  • Good teamwork personality and flexible attitude
  • Honest Hardworking and strong commitments toward the job
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Willing to pursue sales career in financial service in insurance
