  Duties

  • RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
  • Maintenance, monitoring and supporting daily core application operation
  • Consulting with the software development team and internal users, to improve application performance.
  • Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
  • Perform periodic user access review on the core application and in-houses.
  • Other Duties
  • Assist CBC management with other tasks as required.
  •  Take initiative in doing another task appropriately.
  • Other duties as assign by supervisor or line manager.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
  • At least one year experiences in microfinance or banking sector.
  • Good experience in RDBMS.
  • Well coordination and collaboration with others to work as a team.
  • Excellent technical communications skill and documentation.
  •  Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail.
  • Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality.
  • Is self-motivated and committed to self-improvement.
