I'm not embracing the notion that Diablo 4 is Diablo IV Gold  going to be an Xbox exclusive, due to the fact that the following reasons: A) Microsoft wants those alt-platform sales, and B) I'm not convinced that this acquisition agreement will close by the time this game launches. But never say never, I suppose.

Diablo Immortal, Blizzard's mobile-focused entry in the action-RPG series has now made more than $300 million in revenue According to reports. For reference, the hugely popular Raid: Shadow Legends made record earnings in 2021, at $370 million. This places Diablo Immortal, which only launched this summer in the middle of the curve, at least financially.

In the days following its launch, the game came under the sway of harsh criticism and fan outrage. While many reviews described pleasant and enjoyable gameplay in line with the Diablo series gamers were outraged by the game's outrageous microtransaction system and took to review bombing Diablo Immortal in protest. Blizzard Entertainment's president Mike Ybarra, defended the microtransactions, saying that the majority of players do not pay any fees at all. The statement didn't go over well with angry fans however, as they're faced by a system that pushes them to use real money, or be forced to deal with a massive grind.

Diablo 4 is currently undergoing through its Closed Beta and, this means that concrete information is starting to surface about the game's features, classes and game loop, with the information coming out of Blizzard this time around and focusing on Diablo 4's open world approach. As with its predecessors Diablo 4 is set in the world of Sanctuary, but in contrast to its predecessors the game world is one large interconnected maze buy Diablo 4 Gold  which players can explore at their own pace, closer in concept to the Adventure Mode introduced in Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls.
