As of now, Franchise Online is inactive Madden 23 coins until the next time. Offline Franchise as well as QB1 remain accessible for play. It is the first priority of The Franchise Team to fix at this moment. Our teams are working throughout the 3 day weekend to come up with an answer and bring the Franchise mode back online.

The week before we announced the server update in preparation to release a title update the TU9. The update revealed a flaw in Franchise information in connection with Superstar capabilities that caused issues with our servers. The server issues prevented affected players from accessing their leagues. This caused us to be had to block the Franchise leagues at any time we needed to release the latest Madden content. To be able to publish new content, we needed to shut off the access of Cloud Franchise during limited maintenance timeframes.

Some Cloud Franchise Leagues created in July and August had certain Superstar capabilities. They are among the leagues affected due to this problem. When you log into these leagues, it triggers server issues. We've been able find these leagues and, as of the time of writing today, we're blocking them from logging in and thus securing the server from players who are with this issue.

Additionally, we're testing a solution to the problem of missing Superstar data to ensure that we can gain access to the Cloud Leagues, as well as patch these leagues in the near future. In the past Madden games, these leagues would be completely unusable and players Madden 23 ltds for sale were required to create new leagues.
